Lisa received her BS from Carson-Newman University in Food & Nutrition and she received her MS in Clinical Nutrition from East Tennessee State University. Lisa's commitment to supporting others along the journey to health and healing is deeply rooted in her own faith. Lisa has more than 20 years experience as a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. In that time, she has practiced as a CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) in Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Illinois.
Lisa is kind-hearted, nonjudgmental, and deeply cares about the well-being of every one of her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, compassion, and courage into every one of her nutrition sessions.
Sessions with Lisa may or may not include weigh-ins and may or may not include the use of nutrition logs. Her approach is individualistic and she works in close partnership with the needs, interests, and abilities of each of her clients separately.
