Catherine Zook-Bell, Ph.D
Dr. Catherine Zook-Bell completed her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and has been a licensed psychologist in the state of Tennessee since 2002. She brings to her practice more than twenty years of clinical experience and expertise in the provision of individual, group, and couples therapy.
Dr. Zook-Bell enjoys working with individuals who present with a range of concerns and struggles. Her clients have concerns that include anxiety and depression, OCD, trauma, family of origin issues, family and relationship concerns, gender and sexuality issues, eating disorders, and personal growth. She approaches each individual she works with as a unique person with unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. Her focus in therapy is to support her clients in partnership toward a shared vision of better health, wellness, and enhanced quality of life.
