counseling and Psychotherapy services
We understand how important and life-changing it can be to have a trusted and skilled therapist walking alongside you. All of the psychotherapists and counselors at Focus are experienced, compassionate, licensed professionals, and hold either a PhD or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or professional counseling. Common reasons for seeking therapy may include life stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, bi-polar, PTSD, addictions, grief, family issues, behavioral struggles, and/or other reasons. Our therapists are well-trained in a wide variety of mental health disorders as well as trauma sensitivity (and many are specifically trained in EMDR, a trauma resolution technique).
Please note: All individual, couples, and family therapy sessions are private pay (this means we do not accept insurance for therapy sessions). However, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance company, and you can charge your health savings account for therapy sessions. Also, we do accept insurance for eating disorder treatment through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). If you think you may have an eating disorder, please contact us for a free assessment.
